Personal skin Care for Beginners

This is a good starting point to grab the whole concept of this skin care series. Many people are new to taking care of the skin. This is basically from our primary socialization. Our parents may be the working class type that never care to know how we are doing in terms of taking care of our skin. All they do is wake up and breeze off to work without even considering, if we've taking our bath for the day.

Four things to know:

As a skin care beginner, you've to note these four basic things.

- Regular Bath: bathing regularly is important in achieving better result. The recommended bath is twice daily. It can be in the morning and evening or morning and afternoon depending on your work or schedule. Avoid using strong sponge to scrub the skin, it can destroy the outer layer of the skin which is protective in nature.
This can lead to skin damage.

- Bleaching soap and cream: never use bleaching soap or cream on the skin. This is a bad habit in terms of skin care. It should be avoided in its entirety. Instead, use soap or cream that will enhance your color. That's why experts focus on organic skin care. It's the best because every procedure is administered naturally. To emphasis it more, ingredients in bleaching soap or cream can cause cancer. An example is hydroquinone present in most skin care products.

-
Never bathe with cold water: no matter the heat, never bathe with cold water. Instead use warm water. Cold water is detrimental to the skin when used regularly, so avoid it.

- Never prescribed skin care products for yourself: the first mistake a skin care beginner will make is to visit drugstore without prior consultation of a dermatologist. My advice is consult a qualified dermatologist, for any suspected skin wahala (problem.)
